Cautiously Optimistic

As you likely know, we are currently at the end of a job shopping year. For us that means that Trent will change jobs this summer. He had to put together what is called a shopping list in October. That is a list of jobs he would like orders for that are on the list of available / open jobs. He then ranks them from what he wants the most on down. We ignored many jobs that would generally be appealing this time around, because we really wanted to stay in this area for a few more years. It looks like we will be getting our wish. Trent's detailer called Friday and said he would be getting orders for a job at headquarters. I am still cautiously optimistic, because Trent was told the same thing two years ago only to have the job change two days later. Still, we are cautiously optimistic that we will be here in our little old house in our little old neighborhood for a while longer. Hooray!!
