A Few More Thoughts on 24

O.k., so I just have one major thought and a few that don't matter after last night's episode. First of all, I am getting a major Sherri Palmer 2.0 vibe from the daughter. She is sooooooooo up to plotting her way into the inner circle for some reason other than just concern for her mother.

Also, that Janice character is really starting to annoy me.

What's with that wimpy FBI director? All-in-all, I think this season has been a good one!

I agree about Larry Moss. It seems strange to me that he is a law enforcement person of rank when he reports the Senator's death as Jack murdered the Senator. All he knows at that point is that the Senator is dead and that bullet wounds are the cause. Would it kill him to even consider a different scenario? Because this is 24 though, I wonder if Jack will cleared of this or still be considered guilty.

Tiff, your intuitions about the daughter were right. That's clear after this week's episode. Larry Moss finally seems to be having a change of heart now too. I'm really enoying this season. It really tees up the current issues of torture versus our values and shows both sides. Not sure if we will ever feel comfortable we have the right answer there. Muriel

Yes, Larry Moss finally seems to be clueing in, idiot.

I agree with Muriel. I think this show has been brave enough to not take a solid side on the whole torture thing. I do find it ironic though that everyone is so hard on Jack but when he is a softy and lets security guard guy go, Tony gets it. Poor Jack can't catch a break.
